🥁drum roll please…
In February 2027, the Rochester Philharmonic Youth Orchestra will embark on an unforgettable concert tour to Salzburg, Vienna, and Prague — three of Central Europe’s most historic and musically rich cities.
This international experience is designed to immerse our students in a meaningful cultural exchange while providing high-quality performance opportunities in world-renowned venues. As the birthplace of some of the world’s greatest composers and home to vibrant artistic traditions, Central Europe offers an inspiring backdrop for our musicians to grow both artistically and personally.
Beyond the stage, this tour will deepen our students’ understanding of different cultures, strengthen their connection to one another, and foster an even greater sense of pride and belonging within the RPYO community. We look forward to sharing this extraordinary journey with our families, supporters, and friends.
